Authors and contributorsCaryl EhrlichCaryl Ehrlich is founder and director of The Caryl Ehrlich Program, a method of weight-control, which helps people change habits of eating without diet, deprivation, props, or pills. Her book, Conquer Your Food Addiction, was published in 2003 by The Free Press, a division of Simon & Schuster. Ms Ehrlich has written and been interviewed for many articles on weight reduction/control and behavior modification. She has participated in numerous radio and television broadcasts on the subject and for several years worked as a host on WMCA radio in New York City. Ms Ehrlich currently produces and hosts the Changing Habits show on Manhattan Cable. Caryl is a behavior modification innovator in the field of weight reduction and control and she herself celebrates a permanent 50-pound weight loss using her methods.
